·Coaching new Sales Consultants as needed
·Understanding store sales plan and helping drive sales as a Manager on Duty
·Complying with all company guidelines and policies

·Providing an exceptional shopping experience that will encourage customers to return by demonstrating excellent product knowledge, friendly personable presentation, and professional handling of difficult situations
·Utilizing current fashion trends to create fashionable outfits for customers
·Understanding and exceeding customer expectations
Qualifications
·You must demonstrate a sales focused mindset, the ability to lead in providing exceptional service, a personal style and knowledge of fashion trends, and interactive social skills to effectively communicate
·Minimum of 6 months retail store sales experience required
·High School degree or GED equivalent
·Must be 18 years of age or older
